Stayed here for our first anniversary using a Groupon code. The front desk clerks were argumentative about the groupon deal and kept sending me to the business center for me to make my own reservations when there was nobody else waiting to be helped. After about a 15 minute exchange, they finally just made the reservation at the front desk. They were short with me and rude. Did not seem to have the same standard of customer service i have come to expect from other Hilton hotels. Very disappointed with our treatment from the front desk staff.
