| - I paid 112 for hotel resort fee. They asked if I wanted to upgrade so I could have more room, newer room, refrigerator for $20. After checking out my bill came by email and It said $22 on it 3 times. I called and they tell me upgraded room is per night, not just one fee. So I paid about $206 for this room to 3rd party called snap travel. $112 resort fee to hotel. $66 for per day upgraded room. For a small room that had hair all over the place. Heavy dust on night stand & dresser, food from the last people. The room was horrible and they had to have someone come clean it. It took about 2 hours before someone even came up to clean it. The bathrooms were so small you have to get all by the toilet in order to close the door. I was very uncomfortable my whole stay in this room. I give 1 star because they did give me complementary buffet for my room being dirty. Everyday the ladies came to clean, it still felt dirty. The hair was still on the floor in the bathroom and in the room on the tile part of the floor by the mirror. The old food from the last guess was still on the floor tell the day we checked out. They didnt make it clear that I would be paying per night for an upgrade that they offered me, I didn't ask them for. If I had known I was going to pay $66 I would have declined the offer. Specially after seeing what they gave me as an upgrade. A small room, horribly small bathroom that you have to stand on the side of toilet just to close the bathroom door. Cleaning ladies that were not so clean about the rooms. This room was not what you call an upgrade. To get the refrigerator I could of just paid the fee for that if I wanted it. The buffet for brunch was not so great. We had one plate and decided we didn't want to get anything else. Just so ready to get out of this hotel. After calling hotel about My Bill, all they could say is well it looks like we gave you a complementary buffet. Lol, yes for the dirty room. What about this upgraded room fee of $22 per night that I didn't understand & under the impression it was $20 to upgrade total for whole stay. My parents will be arriving in a couple days to this hotel. Wish it was not to late to cancel and get them in a different hotel. I will be making sure that they don't accept any upgrades. I will make sure they check the room for cleanliness and take pics. If not happy with room, make them take care of it right away by getting a different room. I will never revisit this hotel nor refer anyone here. I will go to all the sites where I write my reviews at to let people know about my experience. Since my parents are paying $17 a night for 3 days for total of $35, I may cancel hotel for my parents and get them a deal someplace else. I am sure they will be fine with losing $35 and go some place with bigger bathroom & room space & great food. Trip ruined
