This review is more for Joie than the store. The store is fine. Just depends on the products you want. There is a lot of attire and other "gifty" sort of items, not upscale, but moderately priced.
When we entered, a young man asked if we needed any assistance. We did have a question about a price of an item that wasn't marked. He told us the price and my wife responded that the price was much too high. We then asked about the location of a shirt we had seen in the window. He pointed in a general direction and left. We weren't sure if he might be reacting to our reaction at the price of the original item.
When we were unable to find the shirt in question, we asked a young lady for assistance. It turned out to be Joie. We explained what had happened, and she was very apologetic. She took us to the location of the shirt in question (different from where we were previously directed). My wife found her size and we were going to purchase the shirt. Joie then informed us of a sale in progress where you could buy 2 items and get the third free. We took advantage, including the original item we asked about (with the sale, the price was more acceptable). Joie was very pleasant and very helpful, and part of the reason we purchased the additional items was the service we received from her. She showed the she was genuinely interested in customer service and that she knew how to provide it.
