  • made reservations via internet 30 days in advanc for the second weekend in june 2008. according to the internet it was for the widescreen spa room paid a total of 330.00 for the 3 days thinking we were getting a nice room, we were told that the widescreen was 20.00 extra a night and on the internet was not a guantee which tower you get. We ended up in the old tower and it was musty dirty and very small for the money. The pool was all of 3 feet all around, and the 2 water slides were closed. The snack shack was closed at 3pm, the drinks were 10.00 by the pool each, for a premixed daquari. We ate at the sherman cafe and waited in a long line, when we were seated it took over 30 minutes to get noticed and when we ordered tea and not coffee it was like we were inconvenianced the waiter, and we once again waited 20 more minutes for the tea, we left in disgused and went over to the MGM for breakfast. We been going to Las Vegas ans stayed in many hotels over the last 10 years, but this was the worst experance we ever had, and should of listened to the warnings about advoiding the hotel at all cost, we learned an expensive lesson
