  • I went to this store a while back based on their website info. It clearly stated they have hair pieces for a variety of reasons, including items just for 'fun'. My friend and I were looking for some ideas to just change up our looks but left the store pretty upset. First off, the sign said they were open until 5, it was 1:30 and the owner immediately said 'I'm closing at 2.' No other greeting, just instantly began the conversation with her closing time. We said we wouldn't take up much of her time, so that really wasn't an issue. The very next thing out of her mouth was 'you don't look sick, why are you here? You both have enough hair'. I then mentioned that we were looking to try something new and came to her store based on what her website indicated. She wanted absolutely nothing to do with us. She showed me 1 wig for $1,000 - which couldn't even resist heat! Then suggested we go elsewhere. I never given this woman a reason to treat me as poorly as she did. Terrible manners and just an incredibly ugly personality. If you're sick and are willing to spend a ton of money, she'll be your best friend. Absolutely disgusted with this business.
