Been to this location dozens of times over the year and I like the selection, but the lines are so frustrating! Even on a weekday, it's still nuts. Hard to run in and get just a couple items because they don't have a self serve or express lane. I guess if you want to shop at a warehouse store, you just need to steel yourself for the annoyance. The worse thing is the optical area. They have a prepaid contact lens pickup area, but you still need to pull a number and queue up. There's always a long wait and when they call numbers, a lot of people have already walked away. A lot of businesses go through process improvement--Costco, why don't you all try to fix what's broken?
