  • The customer service is horrible. The workers act as though you are an annoyance and are bothered to ring you up let alone ask a product question. I was a frequent customer until I realized the quantity of workers that appear to hate their jobs & are unhappy to have to assist the customers that keep their doors open. Its worth the extra effort to find a small wine shop for REAL genuine service & REAL sales. Also, they are tasked to push certain items daily so if your thinking they are listening to your real needs & likes forget about it!!! They are gonna suggest that same product of the week that they were pushed to sell in their sales meetings. Tip: if you do find good help in there dont call or go back asking for that person....they only want to assist that ONE time. You may then be considered a stalker lol!! Its a joke big box store blowing smoke.
