  • The worst customer service. We purchased tickets online, and when we went to the movie we were met by a customer service agent asking us to expedite or purchase. When she entered our confirmation number she found that she didn't have anymore paper in her device. She asked us to wait and she would go fill her device with paper and come back with our tickets. We watched her go towards the ticket window, stopping to ask other people if she could help them. 10 minutes later she comes back asks us again for our confirmation number. Our confirmation number didn't work and so she asked us to use the kiosk. We used the kiosk, and our confirmation number came up as invalid. We track down the customer service agent to help us, and she apparently didn't believe our story because she had to enter our confirmation number on the kiosk. The same response was given, the confirmation number does not exist please contact a customer service agent. Like on the customer service agent asked us to go "see that man over there." I told her that this meant nothing to me and that I didn't want to go over to that man over there only to have him tell me that I need to go see you. I told her that I would appreciate if she would go with us to confirm we were ok to pass. She didn't want to, she said to "just go over there and he will help you. I told her that I wanted to speak to her manager since it was clear that she did not want to assist us further. She went back over to the ticket window to track down her manager. 10 minutes later she was nowhere to be found. When I went to go track her down she was assisting another person. I asked her what happened. She said she had forgotten about us, and I forcefully asked where her manager was. She pointed to a tall gentleman who told us the same thing. Go over there and that man will let you pass. I told the man that I was less than happy with the process, and very frustrated. I didn't want any more issues or problems so I asked him to wakas to wherever he was pointing at to tell that person that it was okay to let us pass. He seemed very upset that I asked him to do anything. But he took us to wherever he was directing us, and begrudgingly dug into a box of classes to get the 3d glasses needed for the movie. It was very clear that this man and the young lady did not want to work that particular night. Asking them to do anything just seemed like a chore for them. Even with the comfortable seating come I don't think that I will be likely to return to this place again. Customer service means more to me then what a lot of people would demand. It's clear that customer service is a secondary service in this establishment. I wrote a letter to management, and haven't heard anything regarding this incident. Which leads me to believe that this type of behavior is accepted.
