Poor Little Customer Service
I went in on a Tuesday afternoon after shopping online through social media.
I'm a fan on Facebook and love their posts of new inventory, sales and overall fashion ideas.
As an Arcadia resident, I was looking forward to shopping their Arcadia store.
I walk in and the employee was chatting with a friend - I wasn't greeted and had to "interrupt" their conversation to ask a question.
I helped myself to the dressing room and finding my sizes. Nothing was suggested or offered by way of help.
I guess I was wrong for expecting a boutique experience (even if it is consignment).
Good clothes but not stellar service.
