I got Daniel as my masseuse. Awesome job. He was attentive to my knots despite my lack of mentions. I typically get massages often and I like to have my therapist so their thing first before I jump the gun.
Price: even though the yelp offer says their deal is $22 orig is 37. Reality is. Standard price IS $22 per offer but how they break it down is.
Choice A: $22 an hour. Full body but only attentive on the back for 10 mins.
Choice B: $37 an hour. Full body but works on the back for 30 mins.
Now the choices may be the same but keep in mind. Back is a lot more work. So they can price it however they want. I'm okay with it, I chose B anyway.
Like any sales pitch, they will ask if you want hot stones feel good yada yada, just know it's an additional $4 for hot stones. I didn't care for it, so I didn't get it, the massage still came with a hot towel.
Like any massage places. If you want more pressure or not, just let them know if you're trying to find a
"work out the kinks and sore spots after a work out" or the
" put me to sleep I want a relax massages where I won't get bruise " type of massage.
If you can explain one of those 2 choices to them I think you'll have a Gucci massage.
Also, don't be afraid to let them know if you want them to apply more/less pressures through out your massages. Granted you'll have to talk to them a few times but just remember, they are also human and every "bodies" are different. Just let them know how YOU want your body to be handle.
Ladies. I do recommend coming in with a outer wear and like a dark tank that they can just slide the shirt up (not off) without wearing a bra to make the massage a bit easy transition to the back. Just a tip. Or even a strapless bra might be better.
Overall, clean and quiet atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to try other therapist to compare.
