  • Wow, just wow. Not really though. This place has downgraded in quality of food and service so much over the past few years. There are very few restaurants that are on my DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL COSTS, and Bagel Factory is one of them. In fact, I cannot remember any other place to have earned this title. They cannot even manage a simple bacon sandwich, it is a miserable soggy piece of fat that is floating in the paper packaging of said sandwich. Do not go there, even If you are starving: there is a Subway close by.
