  • I went here for a car wash recently, and because I hadn't had one in a while, I decided to go for the hand wax along with a Super Works wash. I understand that any car wash isn't going to be as thorough as a detail service or if I'd done it personally, but for $45 I expected to come out of there with a clean car. The salesperson that sold me on the hand wax promised they would wipe down the interior, which had some dirt on the backs of the seats and interior plastic. I realize it was late in the day and right before a holiday, but even as I was about to leave I noticed several areas on the driver's side that were just still dirty. The staff member wiped a few spots with a towel for me before I got in my car, and they came off easily. I don't understand how a hand wax was completed without removing the layer of dust simple dirt marks still on the car. Also, the rear window was full of dirty water spots and streaks. The interior looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all. I noticed crumbs, trash, and dirt in plain site on the floor. The plastic moldings in the interior definitely hadn't even been given any attention at all, showing all the same dirt it had when I brought it in. Honestly I probably wouldn't have bothered to complain, but when I noticed that SOMEONE HAD CLEARLY PILFERED A FEW BUCKS IN QUARTERS FROM MY CHANGE BIN, I was annoyed enough to email them with my comments to at least give them a chance to respond before I trashed them on Yelp, but I didn't receive any response. Now that I'm on their page, I see the review score is so low they probably don't care much.
