They don't even deserve 1 star! Their customer service is the absolute worst! I have had an ongoing issue and wasted a lot of money by trusting this location and service center. Mark (service manger) has the worst communication skills! It's very hard to trust this service center with performing any maintenance without thinking they are deliberately trying to f*#% you over!
FYI: I'm still waiting on my email for what was quoted and/or a phone call. I won't hold my breath, but I will be paying you a visit soon. Maybe face to face you'll be a little more attentive!
UPDATE! I originally received my quote over the the phone from Mark Gilmore (Service Director) now what I was told over the phone and what was emailed to me are totally different prices! No surprised one bit! They prey on woman and try to rip them off! Not a care in the world from Mark! Reporting this location to BBB and reaching out to corporate.
