  • This was my first float today. I have a lot of joint pain & pain in my shoulder and neck plus I'm one of those people who can't shut my brain down and relax. It was a bit difficult trying to leave my mind in a restful state, but eventually throughout the session I was able to. I kept the lid down, no music & no light. When I got out, I physically crawled out as my body was so incredibly relaxed! I enjoyed the eucalyptus oxygen at the oxygen bar following my float with a comforting cup of hot tea. Why not 5 stars? It was noisy in the studio room while watching the intro video & in the relaxation room after the float where the oxygen bar is. I think it would be a benefit if they added a piece to the video explaining the sanitation in between guests. Everyone wants to know they're not sitting in someone else's salty water. None the less- I'm a new member!
