  • My water softener was leaking from the bypass valve. I called Arizona Plumbing Services for a repair. Upon inspection they said I needed a new bypass valve. I ordered one from the manufacturer. They came out again to install it and it still leaked. Now they said I needed new O-rings. So I ordered those from the manufacturer as well. They came out yet again and installed everything, and it still leaked! This time much worse than before, the water softener had to be completely disconnected to prevent my garage from flooding. They told me to call the manufacturer to fix it instead. I spent over $200 on parts and labor and I still had a leaky water softener! I would not recommend this company.
