  • ********************************************************************************** ************ Best customer service I have ever received in my life ************ ********************************************************************************** The store is incredibly friendly and very beginner friendly as well. Every question was answered to me in details (i'm a beginner in road biking) and thoroughly. I went here to do a bike fitting (which only cost me 70$ instead of the usual 100$ since he didn't have to do the pedals (VERY CHEAP)) and I also decided to buy a bike saddle bag (good quality/price ratio). The prices are quite cheap for what the quality of the components/bikes, all the staff is quite experimented in road cycling, they invite you to cycle with them if you wish so, the whole staff is incredibly friendly and very professional and courteous. My bike fitting was done by Paul himself and when I explained to him about my bike chain issue, he went above and beyond and searched his whole shop for more than 25 minutes and got me a Styrofoam tube with plastic holders so I can wrap my chain around it to be able to ride without fear of damaging the frame or the saddle tube. Also filled my tires with air free of charge. Explained to me thoroughly that my bike is a tiny bit on the small side and I won't get optimum comfort/performance with the bike but he did an EXCELLENT job on the fitting anyways. Measured me thoroughly and efficiently while still keeping a smile after a rough day of work. Prices are of course a bit steeper than Canadian Tire/Sports experts any experimented biker will tell you this is due to a huge gap between the two fronts. In the world of biking, it is not necessarily like other consumer products. It will literally be, the more you pay, the more you get. P.S. I got to hug him :)!!! I was so happy about the customer service I tipped Paul 20$ (I've never done this in my life before... I'm usually cheap). He tried to refuse it but I insisted. This is now my go-to bike store. Come here, trust this review, it's absolutely worth it.
