  • My terrible cut was masked by the styling (curls), but when I washed my hair it was glaringly obvious that it was botched. When I returned for a bang trim, I received a 5 minute lecture from the manager about using my debit card to pay and how they can only keep their prices down because people are courteous enough to use cash. "You know we get charged every time you do this!?" Seriously?!! You are going to heckle me for not having enough cash?!? Sooo rude!!! I will not be returning.
