  • I had originally scheduled a cleaning for 4:00pm and around 10:00am, I received a text about how they had to reschedule and the only time available was 12:00pm that day. I was pretty annoyed because my family had things to do and didn't want to drop everything for them. After being on hold for almost 30 minutes, I was able to reschedule for the following weekend. Besides that, my experience was great. We had Beatrice and she was super professional. I'm actually considering using them again in the future!
