My girlfriends min pin (about 14 years old) all of a sudden got real sick. She brought Buster to Dr Farrington ( she told him she was very short on cash) he proceeded to do a complete checkup including an ex ray and established that Buster's liver was shutting down. My girlfriend refused to put Buster out of his misery (understood) and so Dr asked her to bring Buster in for the next 3 days and force liquids into him. She couldn't because work so I brought Buster for the next 3 days. Each visit he would feel a little better for a short time, but came the forth day he took a turn for the worse (it was my girlfriends day off), she couldn't bear see the suffering that Buster was going thru. She called the Dr's office and they told her to bring him in immediately. The staff and the Dr was extremely compassionate, her daughter went with her and the two stayed in the room while Buster was relieved of his misery. Today, my girlfriend went to pick up Buster's ashes (I've had 3 dogs put down in my lifetime and never have I witnessed the following), she called me when she go home, the entire staff and signed & wrote a little note in a card, the urn had a metal tag on it with Buster's name engraved and a vase that had Buster's 3 different color hairs and ash in it. We were all extremely touched. Unfortunately, Buster left this planet but He left us whit a veterinary that I & my girlfriend will continue to use and always recommend him highly. Thank you Dr Farrington & your Outstanding Staff.
