  • I am a Spa Director at a high end spa in Phoenix, so it is my business to know all things spa & I've enjoyed many, many massages in my day. I had a great experience. I requested an appointment online & got in the same day (Monday). Desk staff & the owner were very welcoming- making sure everyone knew where water & restrooms were. They seemed to know everyone's name before they gave it. I love that. Let me also say Natalie, Natalie, Natalie! She's SO GREAT! I'd request her next time. Good prices, easy parking, very clean & great staff.
