  • *My auntie is a VIP member and got the family rooms during EDC weekend and it was TERRIBLE* Upon entering, the keys wouldn't work for our room... We had to wait for our VIP host to help with that situation. The VIP host came up to our floor then had told us we need the person that booked the room to be there. Which makes sense just to be secure so we had my aunt on the phone and everything. Once we got that situation fixed, they gave us 5 keys and only 2 of them worked... Seriously? Got into our room, first of all - the shower door was making noises as you open and close it. The IHome wasn't working either. I stayed here for 5 days and even the housekeeping slacked. They never gave us new robes, or even put the decoration pillows back on the bed. Do not recommend staying here. Overpriced for a old hotel...
