  • +10 stars My previous review of Autobahn happened to fall right before new ownership took over, and while I found the standards to be as high then as they are now, this shop has become unbelievably better. Before the waiting room was a straight back chair sitting at a falling down desk with dog hair everywhere and the smell of engine permeating everything. Now, it's truly a showroom where you want to wait for your expensive car to be worked on! Kent, the new owner, has revamped this place and it looks like a million bucks. The shop is so clean and shiny you could eat off the floors (where they do oil changes!). The waiting room is sleek and comfortable with drinks and donuts sometimes (or most days I think, thankfully they're so good at their job I don't have to visit much). The atmosphere says 'class' where before it said 'garage sale.' The transformation has been amazing. Kent is a hands-on kind of owner. I have spoken to him at length about the things my car needed and he takes excellent care of me. I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of my car (when I'm there). His shop, his people, they know their stuff, they're very kind and extremely affordable. I'm always, always surprised at how much it doesn't cost me when I drive away in my clean (they wash it!) Mercedes. I LOVE this place, I'm forever a customer.
