I have to give a 5 star rating! To make a long story that dragged out between Customer Service, Best Buy and the local Sprint account rep short, I went into this store and was greeted by Chris. Chris understood my dilemma which involved returning a leased phone, and then purchasing 3 Galaxy 7's. It was a dilemma because my current plan didn't allow me to upgrade my phone. I explained that Best Buy was running a promotion and I wanted to get it over there but my plan was going to be changed. Chris and his manager Josh thoroughly explained to me that there is a possibility that Best Buy will eff things up but assured me that they will be able to fix the issue. So of course, I go back to Best Buy and due to a glitch in some system, I was not able to purchase the 3 phones at Best Buy. I called Sprint customer service and they arranged for me to go back to see Josh at Sprint. Finally, I got back over to Sprint. It took Josh an hour and a half to take care of things but I ended up walking out of the store with 3 new phones. Thanks for understanding my issue and not rushing me out of the store, even though you guy's were closed.
