I checked into my room and got the keys to my room on my way too room had some trouble opening the door with the card key after a couple of tries it worked. I thought it was a user error. Went out to get some door the key was not working went to the front desk got some new keys and it worked. Went out at night and tried to get into my room and the key did not work my friend was in the room and I was able to get in. The following day I went out and came back at 2:30am the key was not working went twice to the front desk to get brand new keys did not work. The front desk guy said it could a problem with the key he bought a new key and the master key did not work. The guy at the front desk said is someone in the room I said my friend but he's asleep and I tired calling and no answer. We go back to the front desk and he tried calling maintenance no answer said that he trying too see what to do. He decided it was okay for himself to call my room and wake up my friend at almost 3am since they had no other way to open the door. I got mad and told him they should not be waking people up it is there problem to create a problem for this solution. I told him now I want to get my car keys from my room and go out so who's going to open the door for me when I get back he said I can't help you. You will have to talk to my general manager tomorrow morning I said but I need to get some food I'm hurry sorry. Moral of the story they can't help not only that but to think that it could of been my child in the room and I could of gone to the lobby to get a drink and they don't have any way to open the door without maintenance and they are not on site 24/7 how scary can that be. PEOPLE DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL THIS IS A TRUE STORY.
