  • I was very nervous dealing with this company based on all of the negative reviews that have been given. My A/C went out and my home warranty company didn't give me a choice of who to work with. Much to my surprise I was very pleased with their service. I'm not sure if I got lucky or if they have made some positive changes to their company due to all the bad feedback. I was called and given a 20 minute notice that they would be here and that was right on point. When the repair man came he was very friendly and introduced himself as John and shook my hand. He worked on the unit for about 45 minutes and switched out the dual run and hard start capacitors and said that we needed the breaker to be replaced and that he would notify the home warranty company so that it would all count as one service so we wouldn't be charged a separate service fee. The electrician came 3 days later and I wasn't charged a thing. Our air has been working great for 2 weeks now. I hope everyone else has the same great experience I did :)
