  • recently taken over by new owners, this restaurant is a million times better than it used to be. the location kinda sux as it's tucked in the very back of a shopping center where there is no visual from the main street. gotta say this is my kind of chinese food. so sick of cantonese food which seems to be all you can get here in vegas. boooooooooooring!!! believe the dishes served here are from the yunnan province, hence the name. the spicy dishes are very spicy but oh so delicious. we've only been here twice so can't really get too specific. especially because we ordered the same thing both times. haha! next time we'll definitely try something different. we haven't tried anything of the non-spicy variety. however, i'm quite certain that it will be just as tasty. i can't wait til we go again! my mouth waters as i think about it. =D they also have a cold dish service at the counter where you have your choice of about 10 different delicious "appetizers" or side dishes. oh, so yummy!!! definitely worth checking out.
