  • My husband and I are regulars in this store. I mean every other day at least. I just never thought about acknowledging them in a review until yesterday when I truthfully realized how much I appreciate everyone in this store. We have 5 puppies, which as you can imagine is a handful. We wanted to take them to all see Santa yesterday, so we figured let's just try. When we brought them in as you can imagine all eyes are on us looking like crazy dog people, but the staff is always so welcoming, know us by name, as well as our dogs, and ALWAS wait on our hands and feet. They all got our pups organized to sit with Santa and the picture turned out adorable. I just would like to say the staff here is by far the most wonderful, I don't ever take my puppies anywhere else because they are always so excited to be loved on by everyone in this store. Todd the Store Manager has gone above and beyond out of his way to help us with everything, weather that's a price match or figuring out a coupon! They are great and we look forward to more trips to PetSmart.
