The owner is rude as heck. The female owner was trying to over hear my conversation I had with the manager about a problem I was having and instead of focusing on her customer she snapped her fingers in my face and acted as if I was the problem. Had she heard the ENTIRE conversation she would have realized that she was wrong. This location goes through front office help as fast as people go through a box of tissue. Their customer service is terrible and the "manager" was some stylist that got promoted that knows little to nothing about management. Their lack of organization became my problem because it caused me to have to make 3 trips. I don't need some rude middle aged woman who is unhappy with the world turn her short falls into my problem. This was my 3rd issue with this salon. I also had a "master stylist" be rude as heck to me when I was describing what I wanted and she told me I didn't know jack crap about styling hair. However the owner sided with her because how dare Turner do something wrong. I also had an issue when I prepaid a gift card because they have a piss poor organization on how gift cards are handled. Another family member still goes there but it will be a cold day on the iceberg before I step foot in there again as a paying customer. I don't care how good my family member thinks their stylist is!
