  • Absolutely horrible customer service. I spoke to a guy name Brian to get reservations first before I buy it on Groupon since we will be visiting. He tells me he'll check and get back to me and told me not to buy it on Groupon - that he'll give it to me for the same price. So I waited and waited and now the Groupon price has gone up. I texted him 3 days later and no response, and this morning I left a voicemail and still no response. If you don't want Groupon customers, then don't advertise there!
