This is the place to go if you are ready to make some changes in your life!! Nick, the trainer, is the most motivating person and he works hard to get you to your personal goals ! This 6 week program really works if you do what he asks of you. He changes the exercises up every week to keep things interesting, and you rotate between each one every 3 minutes, so you work every part of your body. His motivational texts throughout the week also help push you through your days off from the program and make you never want to take a day off from working on yourself. Highly recommended, from someone currently in the program.
