  • This is the company that my home warranty sent out and I was very pleased. Yuniel (the technician) came out after calling to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with our heater and fixed the problem rather quickly, too and then explained the reason why it occurred. He was the complete opposite of rude. He has 17 years experience with Heating and A/C repair and appears to know 'his trade'. Thank you for bringing heat back into our home!
