  • What a huge disappointment. I called the Las Vegas office on St Rose Pkwy and told the woman that answered the phone that I was interested in a fiberglass pool. She said well we do have fiberglass pools but concrete is less expensive. Having been a three time pool owner, two of which were new builds, I was certain I did not want to build another concrete pool. She said well I can send out a salesman and he can talk to you about both. Ok I'm willing to listen however, I want a fiberglass pool. I was given an appointment for Sunday. When John the sales guy shows up the first thing I told him was I was not interested in a concrete pool. I continued to tell him I wanted fiberglass. I gave him many reason why I didn't want a concrete pool. I told him that I told the receptionist lady that I wanted a fiberglass pool. You're website says you carry fiberglass pools. For gods sake John, why did it take you 52 minutes into our conversation to tell me you don't carry fiberglass pools??? He was a nice enough guy. Had some good conversation with him but could not believe he claimed not to know I wanted a fiberglass pool. Knowing I didn't want a concrete pool and knowing that's all he sold, why wouldn't he have mentioned that in the very beginning of the consult. From that point on I felt everything he said prior to that was insincere. He explained not all services on the website were offered in every state. Your website should make that clear. I click on fiberglass pools for our state of Nevada and several models showed up within the Anthony/Sylvan site. The woman on the phone had the opportunity to inform me that "oh btw we don't carry what your asking for in Nevada" instead of wasting a Sunday morning. It's a scam they use to get you to inquire and hope they are able to talk you into what they want to sell you.
