I was very underwhelmed by my experience at Anjolique. While I took the time to fill out the pre-registration, I don't think my consultant reviewed this. I was hoping to have a consultant that would use her expertise of the inventory to select dress styles that I had included in this pre-registration, but the selection process here has you go through the inventory yourself. Eventually after trying on a few dresses, my consultant did go back and select two beautiful gowns. However, she didn't respect my budget that I had set in the beginning and insisted that she would negotiate the price lower, but was not able to do so in the end. My consultant also took the initiative to discuss dress payment options with my entire group (while I was in the dressing room) which seemed extremely unprofessional. I recommend that they do not automatically assume someone needs financing and this is discussed in a more professional matter once they determine who is paying. Also when asked if they had any cups available to drink champagne, they said that my friend could walk to the Rite Aid to purchase some. While it's not required for dress company's to provide this service, its a nice touch that every other boutique offers. Overall the environment and dress shopping experience was not comparable to other bridal shops in the area.
