  • I bought two big ticket items in two purchasing from the store and the two deliveries are both unpleasant!!! The first time they got my house numbers wrong while setting up the delivery. The driver ended up knocking on my neighbor's door until I came out to check where my deliver was. The second time, we were sitting in the house waiting for the delivery on Sunday from 8am to 3pm. They didn't show. They left voice mail and said they will be around in 20 minutes. Yet. There were no one knocking or ringing the door bell at all. When we call the store to track down the driver, their customer service was very unprofessional. We were told that the delivery will be rescheduled and THEY will call us to reschedule it? Bad, BAD delivery service. They better contract different company to do delivery or they will lose business for sure. We are ABSOLUTELY not going to buy anything from LIVING SPACE any more.
