| - Probably the worst Sallys to go to. I've been in the retail industry for 15years, licensed cosmetologist, even worked for Sallys for 4 years. So I know how everything goes, very basic. I go here for last min basic items. hands down the worst service here everytime I go, I let it go all the time, I am always charged extra. Make sure to check your receipts before you leave! especially when they run a buy 1 get 1 or buy 2 get 1. These workers at this location can't compute basic math..wait let me specify Dulce can't compute basic math. I was charged extra for buy 2 get 1 last time I was there I didn't get 1 free. I go in there multiple times to fix the situation & these guys do not understand they charged me extra, they couldn't even take out a calculator maybe they don't even know how to use it... her name is "Dulce" .... I can't...the name makes it worse, but She will argue & argue with the customer because I guess she believes she is always right & not the customer, won't even take the time to calculate on a calculator...super smart girl....not. Its Sallys .. They probably hate their life , she sure look & act that way...but she always right.. Anyway I return items ... Get this she returns it the right way buy 2 get 1 but remember i was charged for 3 she doesnt return the 3. She returns it b 2 get1 wtf I thought you had to graduate high school at least to get a job at sallys. I show her why does it look like this now? (the right way) I'm trying to show her the 2 receipts & how different they look when its suppose to be a return ... She obviously didnt get it...once again...over it I go to another sallys location. Check the receipt & it was correct, looked way different from blue diamond location.. They need more training in here. I died laughing one day I asked a girl there what is the base of this color? It doesnt say on the box, is it on the bottle....she replies...20 volume....what? The base girl the base not what volume peroxide to use with it..
