  • Dr Jhaver is a great and knowledgeable person with great bedside manner. I LOVE her. But I'm not going back to her. THE STAFF IS OUT OF THIS WORLD BAD. Unless you are in the examination room with Dr. Jhaver, you won't be hearing from her. You'll be hearing from a staff member that not only is rude, but also has no idea what they're doing. I'd trust a high school biology student over them. I've had other staff members from other medical practices say the same thing: Dr. Jhaver is great, but everyone else at that office is not. It's really unfortunate that Dr. Jhaver is so attached to them, because she'd still have my business and many others if she let them go and hired a quality staff. I hope one day she does so I can give her another chance. After looking through other reviews, I see this pattern for sure. 5 stars when talking about Dr. Jhaver specifically, and 1 star when talking about customer service and staff. Health care is the one thing that shouldn't be half-a*sed. This staff is the definition of it.
