  • Awfull from the front of the office to the back! Won't be going back and called and asked for my money back. Was here because I'm pregnant with my second child and just bought a home that is closer to St. Rose Hospital so I'm looking for a new obgyn. First off when I walked in with my 2 year old daughter it was PACKED! Not one single seat to sit in.. There were plenty of chairs but quickly realized when I went to sign in that there were 5-6 sign in sheets for each doctor so quickly realized that's why it was full and took my paper work outside of the room down the hall to stand against a railing to fill out all the paperwork required before going back... After filling it out for about 8 minutes I walked back in and there were exactly 3 seats to sit in so sat down and waited to be called... While waiting to be called back the not so friendly staff called me up to the window to ask for my card to charge me for my visit along with other things that she would not tell me until after she swiped my card she said... Crazy right? So after they charge you (mine was $495.00) she then said okay come around back and someone will explain to you the charges we charged you were for.. Backwards right? Swipe my card THEN tell me what the charges were for...So after I did that and went back to the waiting room I was first of all mad at myself that I even let them charge me before I understood what I was being charged for then had to continue waiting in the overly crowded waiting room... Finally I was to the point where I told myself this is bs and I'm not waiting any longer , I'll give them 8 more minutes... And within 6 min after I thought that I was called back...a total of about 45 minutes...Went to the back and a nurse asked me for a pee sample and then checked my weight and my blood pressure and asked me a few questions ... Then was taken to a room to wait for the doctor... After waiting in the room Dr. Tyre came in and sat down and asked me all of the questions that I had already filled out on my paper work... She didn't touch my stomach, she didn't listen to the heart beat , nothing! Very bla and just like the rest of the staff didn't seem like she cared at all. My first obgyn was amazing and although I had to wait longer than expected every time she was so worth the wait because she genuinely seemed like she cared... But not this doctor what so ever! Wasn't worth my time or money and don't want someone who doesn't care to be delivering my second child. Won't be coming back! Please if you want someone who actually cares do research and find another doctor who actually cares or even at least pretends like they care... Awful experience for me and waste of time, should of read the other reviews before going down and wasting my time and money.
