  • Had some mold under my kitchen sink, decided to call Chris M with the The Mold Detectives. Chris was spot on professional. Came in my home and calmed the whole situation down like a boss. He walked me through the entire process as I am a mold dummy. I had so many questions, as he explained everything to me in great detail. I didn't feel as bad when he left as I did before. I think that is how all service businesses should be ran. He recommended a company to do my remediation and then I will use his services again to perform my final testing. I cant say enough good things about how I was treated in this emergency situation. Its good to know that there are still good companies like The Mold Detectives that understand the situation, provide good service, and not try and price gouge or up sell. My hat goes off to Chris and I will always recommend The Mold Detectives to anyone who my encounter an ugly situation such as mold.
