  • Attempted to look at a medium sized apartment for my aging grandmother. Leasing agent was friendly at first, but then realized my grandmother is 90 and is in a wheelchair. The Mercury NoDa is going after younger residents and I was informed that the location would be "too lively" for her. I provided a clean credit history and several great references, but was told that they wouldn't be able to find a suitable space for grandma. It really looks like a nice place in a convenient location, but They only want people in their 20s!
