  • I had a horrible experience at the DMV. I was just trying to change my name to my married name, and this place did not have it together. They were understaffed and their automated call system was down. I got there at 6:00am and was already in line with about 30 other people. Unfortunately, the title office doesn't open until 9am, which is frustrating if you need to do both. Overall, I was there almost 4 hours and finally got my new license. I will not be back to this location due to lack of organization.
