  • Easy drop off at the airport, no issues. I mentioned that our issue with lowering tire pressure and she reassured me that they would look into it. No hassles or headaches. When we did pick it up from downtown Calgary, they did not have a car available from Hertz so they sent us to Dollar/Thrifty. Took a few minutes but they did honor the original price. The Chevy Malibu was actually ok with a big trunk and good gas mileage. Usually renting a car means some stress and we did have a little due to lowering tire pressure but for the most part, no drama.
