| - We decided to eat here since Tao could not accommodate our full group of 16 at one table. This place could and was also at the Hotel we were staying at.
Yeah it is like an upscale Cheesecake Factory. It looked nice enough and was packed. Service was excellent.
They bring out a warm loaf of bread while you check out the enormous menu. They're open 24hours and their menu is divided by times of the day so make sure you're looking at the right section. I ordered the Pasta with Chicken, Sun dried Tomatoes and Mushrooms. At first it was good but then the chicken was gone, then the tomatoes and mushrooms, and all that was left was a mass of pasta. I was already full by then but I wasn't really impressed by the dish.
I got to taste the Sunday Night Pasta - "Made Fresh Every Day! A Rich Slow Simmered Meat Sauce with Chunks of Beef Short Ribs, Steak, Fresh Mushrooms, Onions, Garlic and Parmesan Cheese. Served over Spaghettini." Tell me that doesn't sound good. Good thing I didn't order it. The "chunks of beef short ribs and steak" tasted like shredded beef.
We went back there at around 5am after the club and food-wise it was a better experience. For a table of 6 we must've waited about 20mins though. The Deluxe Breakfast Sandwich was GOOD! Scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, ham, grilled tomato, and Havarti cheese on grilled brioche bread. Probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had! The eggs were so fluffy, the meat was savory, and the melted cheese was delicious. I don't care for hash browns.
Someone ordered a hefeweizen and it came out an hour later from a bartender with attitude.
