  • This is a review of the rental process (and a little about the property) --- once we live there we can add another review with full details of property and maintenance service. Nicole helped us. I would say it is A+ -- Efficient -- Friendly -- On Point -- ok so I gave a glowing review. Why may you ask?? Well, she made it smooth and easy. We called, she met us quick, showed us around the unit, toured property, and gave us all quotes and info in writing. It was thorough and complete. Then when it came time to sign lease she got us in and out as well. Ok, so are there any downsides? Yes, they have a strict income verification process..... but you can still rent with some prepaid rent. So it is all good. The building is amazing, apartment is brand new. If you are thinking of renting a nice upscale apartment that is not crazy expensive, give Nicole a call and start here.
