  • So many places in Charlotte seem to be about how noisy an environment can be created with open kitchens and echoing spaces, background music played too loudly and people trying to talk over each other. Pewter Rose Bistro's warm wood and brick interior is classy and elegant and absorbs sound nicely, though customers seems to appreciate the calm and act accordingly. The patio dining is above the street with trees surrounding and buffering the area for a comfortable evening. The bar area is cushy and inviting. We always enjoy the food as much as the service and both are exceptional.
