  • The store itself is usually well maintained, stocked and clean. I have had no issues with checkout at the store counter or the photo department. My photo orders have always been correct and complete when promised. The pharmacy department though itself is awful. The service is sloooooooooooooow. It doesn't matter whether you go inside the store or the drive thru, the service is slow. It doesn't matter if there are 10 people ahead of you or 0 people ahead of you, the service is slow. It doesn't matter if there is a line of people waiting, the employees including managers will just stand and talk as if they have nothing else to do while you wait. While there are a couple of techs who are personable and pleasant, the rest including all of the pharmacists I have ever encountered are not. They act as though you should be happy they are helping you. On more than one occasion, they have either not run prescriptions through my insurance or not done it correctly. They then get very aggravated when you ask them to correct their mistake and sometimes will not even admit they have made a mistake until you tell them you will not take the prescription then if they are not going to charge you the right price for it. If it were possible to rate the pharmacy only, I would give them 0 stars. However, given my positive experiences with the regular store and photo department, I am assigning 2 stars but I want to be clear just how awful this pharmacy is and why I am in the process of switching all my prescription needs to the new Fry's on Dove Valley.
