  • i am seriously so disappointed in this store. i went in yesterday for the first time and i was so excited because they had gently used items for decent prices and i got happy because i found a place i would come back to help completely furnish my apartment -- except i won't be back. i bought a small side table for $5 (a great deal! it's ikea quality with a slightly wobbly leg but aside from that, no complaints) i was thinking of purchasing a couple other of items but decided to wait to come back in a few days. today i checked my bank account and realized they charged be $13 for the table and i didn't get a receipt so i'm not going to be bothered to fight them on it because i was reading past reviews on here saying their customer service lacks (i'm not in the mood to deal with it. i can't speak for my experience with employees there because no one was around at all to greet or even at the register) but it's just frustrating because the table is clearly not worth $13 and this is my first time being scammed. if anything this is just a warning, their items are good but just be careful and keep an eye on your bank account. it's a shame, i was going to become a regular.
