  • I had received some gift cards for car washes over a year ago. I found them while cleaning and decided to get the car washed. The gentleman at the car wash told me they were expired and I would have to speak to corporate to get it resolved. He was super nice and gave me a free car wash that day which was great customer service. I spoke to Rebecca at their corporate office and she was very understanding. After a brief wait she was able to rectify the issue and reinstate the gift cards. Thank you for your help!
