  • Not even a little impressed. Had them add wiring to my hitch. Didn't realize you have to specifically ask for them mount it to the bumper. Ours just hangs there with a little plastic piece off the chain connector on the hitch. Took them almost 3 times longer than they quoted. Whatever management they have doesn't care.
