| - extremely discourteous drive-thru pharmacy technician. I was told my rx would be ready in 10 minutes, but I couldn't wait there at the window even though no one was waiting in line behind me. I drove around for 10 minutes (to keep my sleeping, sick child asleep) and came back to find I was behind two other cars in line. The first car was there for 5 more minutes after I got there, and the next car was there for 8 minutes. By the time I pulled up to the window, my sick child had been awake in her car seat screaming at the top of her lungs for about 10 minutes. Even though I had turned off my radio, I couldn't hear what the tech was saying over all the noise. I turned off my a/c too, to try to hear better, but he would not even try to speak louder. I never heard anything the guy said except for the price of the medication. Then, there was no clipboard to attach my credit card slip to, and as I put it in the drawer he walked away instead of sliding the drawer back inside. So the wind blew it out of the drawer and I had to squeeze out of my car door to pick it up off the ground. When he came back and put my meds in the drawer, it was as close to him as possible which means it was as far away as possible for me to reach. All I could grab was the receipt that was stapled to the bag, so when I grabbed it the bag ripped and my medicine fell to the ground. I had to squeeze out of my car door a second time to pick that off of the ground. The whole time my child continued screaming and crying because that's what sick kids do, but this tech made no visible effort to move more quickly or try to be even a little bit accommodating. After telling me I couldn't wait at the window that long, he allowed two other cars to do it, which is why my child woke up in the first place. When I called to speak with a supervisor, I was placed on hold and forgotten.
