If I could give them zero stars I would - walk in to see if Genius Bar can fit me in or schedule an appointment and am informed you can no longer make Genius Bar appointments. I was told I could pick a time for a support call tomorrow to trouble shoot problem - I made the appointment and went to find my son who came in too only to find he was doing an online trouble shoot chat which was not offered to me - Wow perhaps this falls into the age discrimination category and they assume I can not do the online support chat! Really? Upon complaining was not even offered the option to do an online support chat - my son asked the staff member to whom I was asking about all this and she did not offer either. Perhaps I'm done with Apple!!!!
